Born: Tiverton, England 1950
Educated Tiverton Grammar
BA (Hons) Exeter University (English and Fine Art)
An Artist working in the medium of pen and ink, coloured pencil concentrating on a range of animals in rural landscapes .
'Most of my drawings are of the many and varied sheep I come across locally,along with the extremely handsome beasts I see at agricultural shows.I spend a lot of time walking, accompanied by my two dogs and the landscape gets absorbed and remembered when I am drawing.I use coloured crayons as a base and then work over the surface with pen and Indian ink.'
