We do not accept returns of items under £5, unless they are faulty/damaged.
You cannot cancel an order once we have accepted it, unless this is agreed in writing by Red Dog Abergavenny via e-mail and with our agent.
It is your responsibility to check the goods on delivery.
If faulty goods are to be returned to us must be in their original packaging together with all accessories. You must repackage the item in its original box with your receipt. You must ship your item prepaid. You will not be reimbursed for any shipping charges unless items arrives damaged and is reported to customer service on day of delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will receive a full refund if an order has not been authorised by the person who’s name is shown on the credit or debit card by e-mail and after personal contact from Red Dog Abergavenny Customer Service.
The refund will be payable only to the account person or company that made the payment.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the goods to us in a re-saleable condition by Recorded delivery within 7 days for a refund of the item or a replacement. Original delivery charges and return postage costs will only be refunded if your order is damaged or faulty. Original delivery charges and return postage costs will NOT be refunded if your order is simply unwanted or unsuitable. We guarantee that you will receive your refund within 4 weeks.
